What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom tin boxes?
Our standard MOQ is 3000 units for custom designs. However, we offer flexible options for smaller orders (as low as 1500 units) depending on the product type and customization requirements. Please contact us for specific MOQ requirements based on your needs.
How long does it take to produce custom tin boxes?
Production and transport typically takes 13-15 weeks after approval of design or sample (and payment). This includes time for mold creation (if needed), printing, assembly, and quality control. Production timelines may vary based on order quantity, complexity of customization, and current workload.
Can you provide a sample before placing a custom design order?
Yes! We provide free sample when your project has been committed. Sample production takes 7-14 days, allowing you to verify quality and design before mass production.
Can you design a new product for me?
Absolutely! Our team can create custom tin box designs from scratch. Our design process includes: initial consultation, concept development, artwork refinement, and final approval. What customization options do you offer?
We offer extensive customization options including: custom sizes and shapes, printing (4C printing, embossing), custom colors (Pantone matching), insert molds, window cutouts, magnetic closures, and special finishes (matte, gloss, crackled). We can create unique designs from scratch or customize existing templates. During the design process we provide feedback to get the best results in producing your boxes.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept standard vector and raster formats including: AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, PNG, JPEG. For logo files, vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for highest quality printing. All artwork should include: CMYK or Pantone color specifications, 300 DPI resolution, and bleed areas (3mm on all sides). Our design team can optimize your artwork for printing or convert from supported formats.

What materials do you use for tin boxes?
We use high-quality food-grade tinplate for all food packaging applications, meeting FDA and European safety standards. Material options include: standard tinplate (0.2-0.3mm thickness), heavy-duty tinp. All materials undergo rigorous quality testing.
Do you have certification for food safety?
Yes! Our food-grade tin boxes are manufactured in facilities certified under ISO 9001 quality management. We can provide certification documents upon request like BRCGS, SGS,... All food packaging undergoes rigorous testing for heavy metals, migration, and food safety compliance. We also maintain HACCP and GMP certifications for our production facilities.
